This absolutely delightful cottage, built almost a century ago, has been stunningly restored with attention to detail, earning us a AAA FOUR STAR rating. Restoration was a long process with recycled materials being used where possible and furniture of the era deliberately selected from Antique shops. Modern comforts were then added making the cottage a very welcoming and homely place to be.

Settlers Rest cottage is fully self-contained and ensures complete peace and privacy in quality accommodation for up to six guests in three bedrooms. Although spacious the cottage is not overwhelming for couples. Whether your booking is for one, two or six guests, the entire cottage is yours to enjoy.

Located on 5ha of magnificent Swan River rural land, our own vineyard, breathtaking valley views and Swan River frontage with private jetty, it's hard to imagine a better place to relax and unwind. And only 30 minutes from the Perth CBD.
