Nightly Rate

Up to two adults and two children
Monday to Thursday	$250 per night
Single night surcharge	$30
Friday / Saturday / Sunday (Weekend minimum two night stay)	$270 per night
Extra Guests
Extra Adult	$30 per night
Extra Child	$15 per night

Adult is considered persons 16 years & older.
Child is considered persons under 16 years.

Continental breakfast basket placed in your cottage is available on request at $10 per adult. Aussie self-cook breakfast basket placed in your cottage is available on request at $15 per adult. Minimum 24 hours notice required.

Weekly Rate (20% discount)

Up to two adults and two children

Booking Conditions

Deposit is required on booking to confirm the reservation.

Credit card details must be provided to confirm booking.

I understand the credit card number is used as a bond against damage, breakage or misuse.

One Night	100% of tariff
Two or more nights	50% of tariff

Final confirmation with balance of payment is required 14 days prior to your arrival date.

"No Shows" or stays "cut short" will be charged at 100%.

Payment by Visa or Mastercard.

A booking is not confirmed until credit card details are received and the deposit paid.

Cancellation Conditions

Bookings cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival date, deposit paid will be refunded less 50%.

Bookings cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival date, no refund is payable unless the dates are able to be rebooked.

Travel insurance is recommended, as it may protect you if you cancel your accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances.

Minimum Bookings

Two night minimum on weekends and school holidays.

Three night minimum on Long Weekends.

Four night minimum Easter, Christmas and New Year.
